This weekend we all loaded up and headed to Albany for my cousin Brittney's wedding. It was a beautiful day at a cute little theatre, and your daddy even wore a tie! Good thing the alterations worked out okay, because your mommy squished herself into a strapless bridesmaid's dress. I was proof that black is a slimming color! We had a great time, but your daddy and I found out that dancing with a big pregnant tummy between us is a bit more difficult than we thought... People were very nice when they realized I am already six months along! We even got to see some T.I.P. friends and family members came in from all over the place. Hopefully, your Aunt Amy will email me some pictures that I can post later.
The only bummer of the weekend was coming home to see your Joe Dog, who obviously tried to make friends with a skunk this weekend. Fortunately we came home early enough in the evening that we could give him a bath (two rounds of Dawn and one of regular dog shampoo) but he still stinks a bit. He just loves all the attention, but really hates being squirted with a hose for some reason. His favorite part is when we let him air dry with a quick ride in the back of the truck. Your daddy's horse Frisky seems to be doing better this week too, but he will still have to play vet for another week or two.
And the best news of all is that two more families from our church have announced they are expecting. We will be praying for perfect pregnancies for Stephanie and Josh (their first) and Christy and Levi, who are Elizabel's parents. Yeah for more friends to play with!
